Welcome to Pursuit Rifles. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our site, placing an order, or interacting with us in any way, you agree to follow these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us. For firearms and other regulated items, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding eligibility, ownership, and transfer.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe it violates the law, or our policies.

2. Compliance with Laws

It is your responsibility to know and comply with all laws governing firearm ownership, transfers, and use in your jurisdiction. We do not ship firearms directly to customers; all firearms must be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

If you fail a background check or are otherwise denied by the FFL, you will be responsible for restocking fees, shipping costs, and processing fees. No exceptions.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Once an order is placed, your payment method will be charged. Some products, such as custom builds or backorders, may require full or partial payment upfront.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We make every effort to ship orders quickly and accurately. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, your location, and compliance checks. Tracking information will be provided where available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, FFL processing, or governmental agencies.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or offer refunds in specific cases, such as:

Damaged or defective products (reported within 3 days)
Manufacturer defects (reported within 30 days)
Incorrect items shipped

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, product photos, graphics, and text—is the property of Pursuit Rifles and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Don’t steal it. Don’t use it without our permission. Be cool.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes—but is not limited to—loss of data, injury, or being kicked off the range for having a nicer rifle than someone else.

All products are used at your own risk. Always follow proper safety procedures and local laws.

8. Product Descriptions & Modifications

We strive for accuracy, but we’re human. If a product is listed with incorrect information due to a typo or glitch in the Matrix, we reserve the right to correct it—even after an order is placed.

We may update product features, pricing, and availability without notice.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access to our website, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at any time for any reason—especially if you try to abuse our policies, break the law, or act like a jerk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Effingham County, Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It’s your responsibility to check for updates before using our site or making a purchase.
